Fulfillment Policy

• Refund policy — We offer money back guarentee to customers who are not satisfied with their order. Customer must return used/unused product within 30 days of purchasing! A refund will be issued back within 45 days.

• Delivery policy — We ship via USPS or UPS at the discretion of the customer. (choose at checkout) Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days! Expect delays during national holidays or if address is presented incorrectly.

• Return policy – Only items that have been unopened and sealed can be returned for an immediate refund. Our merchandise can be returned with 14 days of purchase.

• Cancellation policy — Orders can only be cancelled if we have not begun processing! Please email ASAP to see if your order qualifys for cancellation. If so, we will process a refund.
